Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wavecraves.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your product is received or delivered to you damaged, we will provide you with a brand new replacement watch free of charge. Proof of purchase and proof of damage must be given by the customer to accompany all warranty claims. NOTE: Defects or damage caused by misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered in this warranty. 

Products note: Some of our products are not fully waterproof and only IP67/IP68 water-resistant so please do not submerge your item fully in water. Email us at support@wavecraves.com if you are unsure if the product is waterproof.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. You can contact us at support@wavecraves.com.

NOTE: Our store does not accept full refunds on heavily discounted items or promotional items. This is due to the fact they are already on clearance and we already have limited quantities of this item. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

In a special case we can let you keep the product and issue you a partial refund if you return the item to us. Please email us at at support@wavecraves.com.

Note: Wave Craves will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.
