REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. You can contact us at support@wavecraves.com.

Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges on discounted items, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

If your product is received or delivered to you damaged, we will provide you with a brand new replacement watch FREE OF CHARGE. Proof of purchase and proof of damage must be given by the customer to accompany all warranty claims. NOTE: Defects or damage caused by misuse, product abuse, or error in installation are not covered in this warranty. 

Products note: Some of our products are not fully waterproof and only IP67/IP68 water-resistant so please do not submerge your item fully in water. Email us at support@wavecraves.com if you are unsure if the product is waterproof. 

Note: Wave Craves will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

Refunds:

NOTE: Our store does not accept full refunds on heavily discounted items or promotional items. This is due to the fact they are already on clearance and we already have limited quantities of this item. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

-Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.

-We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

In a special case we can let you keep the product and issue you a partial refund if you return the item to us. Please email us at at support@wavecraves.com.

Please email us your issue and we will happily look into options to make it right. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund as we have already started in the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times. However, We cannot cancel our high-demand sale items because these items have already been processed and shipped out of our facilities asap. 

WHAT IS MY ORDERS PROCESSING TIME?

Our processing times for all orders can take anywhere between 24-48 hours. Please note high demand promotional items may take even longer, due to popularity. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

PLEASE NOTE: 

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 6-12 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Other countries can take 10-15 business days due to product clearance upon arrival within the destination country. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
